Since acquiring MA3000 more than three years ago, the RealLegal team has not only made enhancements to its capabilities and infrastructure, but we have improved the client service model and made great strides in client satisfaction.
Despite these successes, RealLegal has elected to transfer ownership of MA3000 (and OCAWatchä) to American Lawyer Media (ALM) effective December 31, 2003. This transition will streamline the flow of docketing data from proprietary ALM sources (i.e., New York Law Journal) to the MA3000 client interface. To ensure your use of MA3000 is not disrupted, the MA3000/OCAWatch experts from RealLegal will also transfer to ALM.
Rest assured that the RealLegal technology suite is thriving, and our entire staff is looking forward to 2004. We will focus our energies on our core practice management and litigation technology product lines, and we will continue to be the only legal technology vendor that serves law firms, courts, court reporting agencies, corporate legal departments, insurance companies and outside counsel.
