You can adjust the look of the Editor to accommodate how you work. That is, from the View menu, you can display or hide the following items:
The standard toolbar.
The redaction toolbar (for more information click the following link: Redacting Text).
Line numbers.
Timestamps.
Formatting (paragraph markers and dots representing spaces).
The original header/footer.
Additionally, from the View menu, you can elect to use the standard cursor or the redaction cursor.
Use the following procedure to customize the E-Transcript Editor viewing area:
Click the transcript you want to edit.
Click the Edit
E-Transcript button (). The E-Transcript Editor
opens.
Click the View menu and make selections appropriate for your work area. If you elect to display timestamps, they appear between the line number and the transcript text. Similarly, you can elect to view the original headers and footers.
