Click the transcript you want to edit.
Click the Edit
E-Transcript button (
). The E-Transcript Editor
opens.
Click the line number on the left of the page.
Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
You can delete line numbers when you want a single line of text to exist on two lines of the transcript, as is often the case on the page where you list the name of the trial, its location, and the parties involved.
Use the following procedure to delete a line number and create a double-spaced line:
Click the transcript you want to edit.
Click the Edit

Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
