If you have URLs (for example, http://www.reallegal.com) in your transcripts or multiple proper nouns, you can instruct Check Spelling to skip such words.
Use the following procedure to customize the spelling options:
Click the transcript you want to edit.
Click the Edit
E-Transcript button (). The E-Transcript Editor
opens.
Click the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling tab.
Select the options as follows:
Ignore words in UPPER CASE: Click this option to skip words containing all capital letters.
Ignore words with numbers: Click this option to skip words containing embedded digits. Examples of such words include Win98 and TS2000. Enable this option if the text being checked contains many code words or other symbols containing digits.
Ignore words with mixed case: Click this option to skip words that are capitalized or words that have capital letters in the word, for example, E-Transcript.
Ignore Internet and file addresses: Click this option to skip URLs (for example, www.reallegal.com) and file locations (for example, C:\Documents and Settings\jsmith\My Documents).
Report double words: Click this option to skip words appearing twice in a row.
Click the Main dictionary drop-down list to select a dictionary.
