Binder includes the following enhancements:
You have the option to view the global word index, which displays the word index for all transcripts and OCR'd documents in the case. To enable the global word index, on the Binder menu bar, click Tools, click Options, click Word Index, and then click All discovery --global word index. You can decrease the number of items in reports
while at the same time keeping all of the relevant information. To enable
this option, click the Search
button (
) on the main toolbar and then click Hits
within context settings will appear as a single report item. For

The Binder Conversion Utility (BCU) now offers a wizard. You can also convert Binder projects into LiveNote projects. To access the BCU, click Tools, click Launch, and then click RealLegal Binder Conversion Utility. For detailed instructions, click the following link: Procedure for Converting Projects.
The database for RealLegal Binder has been optimized to handle large projects more efficiently.
When you run reports, the Details pane now provides navigation for moving to each section of the report.
When you click an item in the Project Tree, you can search based on the item's properties. For example, when you click a transcript in the Project Tree, you can search for a transcript based on the name, date, type of transcript, comments about the transcript, or the volume.
Network customers can test the speed of their network connections. If a project is running slow, click Tools, click Advanced, and then click Test Bandwidth. The information will help you determine if your network is fast enough to work with large projects.
Synchronization has been enhanced to work more efficiently.
You can now save a report that you create when you click the Search button (
)
on the toolbar. Also relating to searching, you can type quotation
marks and search for words that appear one before the other, for example,
"exhibit 10."
Page setup features are now available for condensed, full-sized, the word index, and documents.
