The bottom portion of the screen is a text pane that says the amount of text that is included on the report. To change this, click the Edit button to the right of the Transcripts text. The Annotation Report Text dialog box displays. You can select one of the following options:
Include additional text by QA pairs: Select this option to buffer the search result by a specified number of Question and Answer pairs to show the context.
Additional number of QA pairs: Enter the additional number of QA pairs you want to include.
Maximum additional lines: If you want to specify a maximum number of additional lines to include in the report, click this check box and then enter the maximum number of additional lines you want to include. Be aware that this field supersedes the total number of QA pairs. That is, you may list 20 as the total number of QA pairs, but if you select this option and enter 3, the report will not display 20 QA pairs; it will display only three lines of transcript text for each word it finds.
Include additional text by number of lines: If you want to include a specified number of additional lines to cushion the annotation, but not necessarily by QA pairs, enter the Additional number of lines you want to include.
Include annotated lines of text only: Select this option if you want to include only the annotated lines of the transcript in the report.
Include entire page: Select this option if you want to include the entire page of text on which an annotation appears.
Click OK to return to the Additional Filters screen.
