The Details pane is a dynamic window; when you click items in the Project Tree, the Details pane changes its contents to reflect the items you select. For example, clicking All Annotations in the Project Tree lists all annotations in the Details pane. Likewise, clicking an annotation in the Details panes displays the transcript and the annotation in the Display pane.
Right-clicking the column headings allows you to sort columns and hide columns. You can also click-and-drag columns to rearrange them and you can resize columns.
You can sort the items in the Details pane according to your preferences. In the example below, transcripts are sorted in ascending order by name. A black arrow in the column heading indicates the primary sort; pointing up is ascending order (A-Z and 1-9), and pointing down is descending order (Z-A and 9-1). A white arrow in the column heading indicates the secondary sort. To sort by a specific column, click the column heading until the arrow you want appears in the column heading, or right-click the column heading and select a sort option from the context menu.
Additionally, right-clicking any column heading (for example, the Discovery heading) opens a menu for sorting information and customizing the display.

Using the Choose Columns option, you can choose to hide or show specific columns.
You also can drag and drop the column headings to rearrange them.
You can resize the columns to view the information better. Place your cursor on the line between columns (to the right of the column you want to resize), click, drag it to the size you prefer, and release.
To use Best Fit, double-click the line between two columns. The column on the left automatically resizes to fit the longest line of text in the column.
