Details for Court Reporting Firms RealLegal E-Transcript Manager is user-friendly, powerful software that quickly imports and standardizes an ASCII transcript from a court reporter's CAT software to create a customized and secure transcript. With E-Transcript Manager, court reporters can be sure to put their best foot forward and convey a professional image to every client. For added convenience and peace of mind, reporters can electronically sign and certify the individual RealLegal E-Transcript files they produce. Court reporters (or production staff members) simply import their ASCII and select the desired properties for the finished RealLegal E-Transcript. Aside from standard fields to identify the client and case, reporters can assign passwords and lock-out codes to limit or permit printing, clipboard copy, and "save as" functions. All pertinent data is stored within an intuitive central interface that assists with job tracking, production, and client billing.
