LiveNote Stream Manager 1.0, formerly Onsite Transcript Server (OTS), is used by court reporters to send realtime data via the Internet. Your court reporter will need to have it installed on a laptop on-site at the deposition. The new release builds on previous versions of LiveNote Internet Realtime™ to transmit and receive live audio in addition to realtime transcript text and instant messages. A related service transmits the live video as well.
Every session is Engate compliant and does not require any realtime licensing fees.
LiveNote Stream™ Service for Attorneys
The LiveNote Stream service broadcasts and receives audio and video from live depositions among authorized participants located anywhere in the world. Your clients do not require any special software to receive the audio and video feed – simply a broadband Internet connection and the Microsoft Internet Explorer™ web browser.
If your clients use LiveNote SR™ software, they can also receive the realtime transcript feed and use the convenient instant messaging feature. If your clients have RealLegal Binder™ or iBinder, they can import the final transcripts from the session and replay the audio and video. As with any deposition, you can provide the final materials in a RealLegal Publisher Bundle.
