LiveNote Announces New Leadership for Its RealLegal Division
Jason Primuth Joins to Drive Future Growth in Court Reporting Industry

SAN FRANCISCO (September 26, 2005) - LiveNote, Inc. today announced the appointment of Jason Primuth as General Manager for its RealLegal division. This new position was designed to drive the long-term growth of RealLegal, strengthen the overall business unit, and leverage LiveNote’s commanding market presence in the legal industry to increase the value of RealLegal products in the court reporting industry. His appointment is effective immediately.

Prior to joining RealLegal, Primuth led the legal market division of YesVideo, Inc. He was instrumental in the launch and growth of the company’s successful YesLaw™ software and service offering, widely adopted by court reporting and litigation professionals nationwide.

Mr. Primuth’s new role marks the first addition to the management team since LiveNote acquired RealLegal earlier this year. Primuth will also join the executive committee which spans both the LiveNote and RealLegal business lines.

“We are excited about the tremendous synergies that exist between LiveNote and RealLegal,” said Will Robberts, President of LiveNote, Inc. “Our first priority is to build bridges between the respective technologies used by our law firm clients and the court reporting agencies that they work with. Jason’s proven track record, integrity and leadership make him the ideal candidate to help define our product direction and grow our business.”

Current development efforts are focused on integrating the brands’ respective flagship products: RealLegal E-Transcript Manager™ and LiveNote SR™. Soon, all E-Transcript files produced on the latest version of E-Transcript Manager will be fully compatible with the LiveNote software used by litigators in thousands of firms. This integration will simplify electronic transcript production for court reporting agencies and streamline the handling of transcripts, exhibits and video within law firms. Several other integrations of LiveNote and RealLegal platforms are in progress.

“Now that the RealLegal brand is no longer overshadowed by its former practice management product line, its transcript-related products can thrive,” said Mr. Primuth. “For the first time in its eight-year history, RealLegal is well poised to become a profitable entity. I am honored and excited to being a part of this exciting new phase.”

“Working with people such as Grover Mundell, Kevin Koch, and Randy Reas, I am excited to help RealLegal take an even stronger position in the court reporting industry,” continued Primuth. “RealLegal will be the ultimate source for transcript-related technology now and always.”
