Court reporters install E-Transcript Reporter Edition on their remote computers in order to create a direct path to the agency's production queue. Reporter Edition software connects to RealLegal E-Transcript Manager software via the Internet. This new concept substantially streamlines
transcript production by creating a system whereby reporters deliver transcripts
directly to the office copy of E-Transcript Manager software.

Each installation of RealLegal E-Transcript Manager is able to 'connect' with multiple copies of
E-Transcript Reporter Edition to simplify and accelerate transcript production. Each
Reporter Edition account includes an Internet-based mailbox enabling each remote reporter to
instantly send their electronically signed E-Transcript
files to the main office for
immediate production, billing, and storage. The E-Transcript Manager software at the office polls the mailbox at
regular intervals and retrieves the transcripts that are ready for production. The Reporter Edition
module increases efficiency and reduces overhead within firms already using RealLegal
E-Transcript Manager.
